USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: This glaze is ready to use. Simply cut the corner of the plastic piping bag and squeeze glaze. Covering/dripping: Cut ¼” to ½” of the plastic piping bag and squeeze the glaze on the surface to be glazed and spread with an offset spatula. HOW MUCH WILL ONE BAG COVER: 1-8” cake (two layers), 24-doughnuts, 20-cupcakes
SETTING TIME: Depending on the application and the humidity level, it can take between 2-3 hours.
INGREDIENTS: Water, sugar, modified starch, sodium alginate, xanthan gum, citric acid, artificial flavor, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, pearlescent pigment. May contain one or more of the following: FD&C blue 1, FD&C red 40, FD&C yellow 5, or FD&C yellow 6.
STORAGE: Store sealed in a dry place at ambient temperature. Product should be stored/warehoused below 85° F. The temperature of the product is important mostly to the end user and should be below 85° F before handling. To store extra Glitter Glaze that is left in the bag, fold over the tip and use a clip to keep it shut, stored at room temperature.
