A'peels are wafer-shaped pieces in a convenient easy-to-melt size, brightly colored and flavored. They have the same characteristics as pastel coatings with the added feature of rich fruit or chocolate flavor.
They are great for dipping, molding, decorating or for use as fondue dip.
Storage & Shelf Life
Always store chocolate in a dry, dark place at a temperature of 53.6°F to 60.8°F.
Never store chocolate alongside strong-smelling foodstuffs. Chocolate absorbs odors very easily and this could affect the sublime taste of your favorite treat.
Shelf Life: 12-18 Months
**Due to the potential for melting during warmer months, chocolate will be shipped at buyer's risk. We recommend ordering a freezer pack. Should some melting occur, it will not damage your product. Most chocolate can be melted again without trouble.
